StarGroup

The StarGroup program is for skaters that have passed CanSkate Stage 6, who would like to continue figure skating in a fun & motivating group format. Taught by Skate Canada NCCP coaches, the program introduces participants to the basic figure skating elements to create the foundation for singles, pairs, ice dance and synchronized skating.

Skaters are grouped according to age and/or ability and progress at their own rate.  Each session includes 5 minutes of independent warm-up, 30 minutes of instructional time and 10 minutes of personal practice time.

Warm clothing that allows freedom of movement
